RULES FOR INDEMNITY OPERATIONS
PLEASE READ
Individual pilots may use Gloucestershire Airport for landing and taking off in our aircraft subject to the rules.
ATC has requested we email the flight times, including landing, as soon as possible on return. The tower holds a slate card open, and they need to close it by booking you back in. You can email ATC_VCR@gloucestershireairport.co.uk or Briefing@gloucestershireairport.co.uk unless instructed otherwise when booking out.
Due to the lack of emergency cover outside normal hours, the PIC is required to have with them a functioning mobile phone.
All PIC are required to comply with the Airport scheme. A copy of the scheme is provided here.

Gloucester Airport has issued a reminder of Airport Advice Notice 109/20 originally issued in February 2020 that we need to wear High-Viz PPE when airside. It is acceptable that one person in a group wears high viz however they must ensure the persons under escort do not stray. The High-Viz should conform to EN ISO 20471:2013.

CARE OF FRONT SCREEN
Please make sure you raise up the cowling at the rear to give good clearance when removing. Place a jacket or cover over the screen if you can.
